    Should everybody turn their joint in on the 15, even if they're done before then? That would eliminate the "biting" arguments we had over the last one. let me know if we're going to do something with that first round's beats.

    i think turing them in all in the same day is a good idea. Then there won't be any questions about biting. Beef free is the way to be.

    wooo hooo! I don't know if ya'll are havin as much fun as I am with this, but I'm lovin this whole concept. It makes me really happy to hear everyones stuff. There were biting arguments? Boo!, this aint a competition ya'll lets just have fun. Since these tracks aren't a part of anyones personal serious projects I look at it as a reason to step out of the box and try things that normally I wouldn't.

    yeah, this one you can add sounds to. but the next round will be based on a sample pack (all sounds included that everyone must use). that's the most even playing field to work with.

    I was able to use all sounds from Mr Sandman...except the drums. It turned out really good like that.....Will do my best not to give away anymore info about it.....

    I have worked on it and it actually turned into an entirely different beat, I am still going to try and get something in for this, but if not I may post the creation that it inspired, its purely hype ish.

    yeah, I think there was way too much time allowed. I had completely forgotten about this until about 2 days ago. There should be like a three day deadline. It'd be a lot more fun to flip a track a week.

    Man , I listened to everyones SG-Great full sound,made me want to be an MC, probably my favorite. JDFlow-great compisition. Tilla-dope on some minimalist style. Miles-a little more chaotic than I am used to, but definitely fresh. I couldnt seem to get it together to participate this time out, and I did try, it was along the style of Miles beat, but I trashed it, I couldnt sem to get more out of it than a four bar section with the BUM BUMS. Oh well, I will definitely be looking forward to the next SAMPLE THIS round. Peace.

    heh, told you i was gonna be the weird one. that's basically a result of random clicking at 75 bpm. i should have put it in an illogical time signature too. i think it really captures the feeling of godzilla sitting on a toilet depressed about being ugly and strung out on heroin. oh man, fuck music. i think i just wanted to fuck that song up so it wouldn't taunt me with its pep.

    SG hooked it up nice and smooth JD's was hitting hard Miles brought some funk Tilla had a nice dark type beat The 4 of those were real nice imo.
