Hip-Hop is the culture that encompasses Rap music.

To take that a step further JD, it's created(yet another) division between rappers in this city. I think that it's believed that b/c we dont rap about the same things that we cannot find common ground with other artist in the area. These barriers (hip hop vs rap, 913 vs 816..etc) that continue to seperate us have to be destroyed.
