Looks like "construction noise and redevelopment" of the cozy confines of the abandoned premises of Chapman's building caused the owner Chuck Chapman to pack up and leave for the sprawlicious vastness of Lenexa. Chuck is so full of shit.

the spot they moved into is actually across the from my office... not nearly as dope. And was already a recording studio.

Beatbroker, yeah, I know he's full of sh*t. Ha, it was VERY clear in the article. His logic was def. a scrap at the bottom of the barrel for passable excuses.
