   well, if there was some "special" reason it wasn't promoted I didn't want to step on anybodies toes. but....it's posted on his myspace page so it public knowlege. either way, Evidence is going to be here on Saturday 😀

   i just sent Ev a message on myspace to see if there was a flyer or something i could help bomb, bc i knew there was alot of heads that didn't know about it. the only reason i knew is because i check his myspace often. hopefully heads dont sleep.

   A friend of mine is throwing this show. He's been handing out flyers at the record bar for it at the past few hip hop shows. But for some reason, I was under the impression that this wasn't until February. I think he's trying to make this event like a skater/hip hop type of thing. The venue, I believe, has halfpipes where skaters can do their thing. I'm looking forward to it. I told the dude to call me when it got "closer to the show" so I could throw something up in the events section about it. I don't know how to get ahold of him, otherwise I would and try to find out more details. I got a flyer from him a couple of weeks ago, but I can't find it.

   *i edited the title for sticky purposes. This event has been thrown together at the last minute by my man Los. It will be a skate video premier in addition to the show itself. Performers will include Evidence, Red Cloud, CES Cru, Deep Thinkers, Negro Scoe, DJ Vash and myself. There will be a party and open mics etc. following the show. I just spoke with Los and he's been working out problems with the flyers but he said he intends to post one plus all pertinent information sometime today. I hope this helps.

    Wow there is a lot of replies to this show very amazing. First and formost let me introduce myself many might know me by now my name is Los I've been in KC for 3 yrs and I'm planning on living here for awhile longer. When I first moved here I was overwhelmed with the Hip Hop community seeing the essence of it at the Peanut I've met alot of very talented artist and had the privileged to being there friends so by saying all this I do apologize to anyone who got the wrong idea of what was in the flyier or the lack there of, but for all to understand, the show is called Skate-Hop I'm mixing the Hip-Hop and skateboarding communities basically I found Hip Hop through Skateboarding so I'm giving back to both. My brother Victor Hernandez is the owner and operator of Folio Skateboards his crew consist some of the best skaters in the northwest. So they made this video which they filmed in Europe, Canada, westcoast, and the northwest. I figured I would throw a Premiere of there video in KC to build there fan base and during that time my homie Redcloud called me and told me he was touring with Evidence and so I figured I would bring them both together. This was all done in a very short time so i was not fully prepared to promote the way I wanted to it took forever to get a venue then the flyier had to be made and then revamped and revamped again etc. So to explain the flyier. the location is 1248 St. Louis take 12th street exit, turn left on bridge follow the bridge down first right after the bridge follow the road down to St. Louis. Its all ages, The doors open @ 8pm the premiere starts at 9pm there will be 2 showings 30 min each. 10:00p.m. CES Crew will perform, 10:25p.m. Redcloud performs, 11:00 Evidence gets on stage until 12P.M. [b:0a9b8e927a]After that the kiddies go home[/b:0a9b8e927a] then there will be an afterparty at the same spot Deep Thinkers, Negro Scoe, and Dayshift will perform. Music provided by me and Beatbroker. So by saying all this I leave you all with this question whos down to help me promote? If anyone is willing there will be incentives.     A quick announcement I just found out from the homey Redcloud, that Short Dawg the native, will be performing split duties with Red. Short Dawg is from Cali he actually toured with Tech N9ne this past year as well as toured with the Kottonmouth Kings. So I was told he has a fanbase in KC. If any of you guys that are helping promote throw that out 2 kats that would be much appreciative. One last thing I dropped the advance ticket sales to $13 a little Christmas gift to everyone. All you have to do is call my # 913-205-4461 and give me your first and last name and I'll jot it down on the list, come up to the show with your ID and thats all you have to do . So don't be lazy call me and save $7 thanks
