The sad part is...
Most people feel the same way you do. They won't vote. They feel that the candidates are equal.

John McCain will become president.
As much as you don't care. I have friends that wish they woulda voted 4 years ago. I have friends that wish they would have at least voted on the non-smoking issue. On the realness. 20 people could have prevented that bill from passing. It passed by less than 01%.
It will still matter wether we vote or not. The GOP has a hefty agenda. Palin is absolutely against abortion. She wants to control what a woman does with her bod. I aint down with that. Even in cases of rape and insest. She has also tried to ban books in her town as mayor. I aint hip to that either.
At Least pick one issue and make that reason to express you democracy.

No, I will certainly vote. It would seem such a waste to be bombarded with this rhetoric for a year and then NOT vote. Plus, ya know, it's kind of what America is supposed to be all about.
But there is no way in hell I would ever vote for anybody simply because they are black. Or a woman. I'll be straight with you man, I think that is a HORRIBLE way to make a choice.
However, that is my own opinion and I would rather you make the choice you want than the one anyone else talks you into.
But now it really begins (are the conventions ever anything other than a self-aggrandizing circle jerk?) and I am ready*.

Very True. I've got white friends that have pretty much given up on Obama cause they hear so much rhetoric from co-workers about how much they can't stand that "ninja" as he said they call him.
