Notes about the album:
LIFESPEAK in its simplest form is a way to explain the ride of life. When you are at the highs and experiencing some of the greatest moments, you are at life's peak; on the converse, when you are on the lows and climbing out of the "bottoms" and the low valleys, that is when life speaks to you...listen.
