Ace, I just have to say that you are a crazy ass dude! You telling those Camel cig girls in the skin tight body suits at The Soul vs. Soul show what you really thought about them was Fricking classic! I wasn't standing there when you said it but I LOL'ed the second I heard about it!
Les Ismore's video was super dope. I have to get out to more shows downtown.
Speaking of which, where is the footage from The Soul Servers vs. Soul Providers show? One of my favorites this year. It's right behind Regina Specter and Circa Survive.
Good stuff Ace.

Yo man, fo real..... I've gotten alot of flack for that move.
Including a threat to be banned from the Record Bar.
Sad huh? Why is it sad?
Because I told them like it was, and I dont give a what!!
my exact quote to those females was........ "[u:5b9ed6a371]"YOU"[/u:5b9ed6a371] are the last thing "Hip-Hop" needs right now!"
Then I went to the..."With all the Imus stuff, and the bad image we get!"
The skin tight outfits, ((with no ass mind you) and by the way I've already got in trouble for this move from my Lady!) (uh like filming the noassitis) that was one thing.
but....
The promotion of "flavored" cancer sticks.
The fact that you had to go to "someone else" to even get the stuff they were promoting.
the fact that one girl tried to tell me that she wasn't degrading herself by wearing a camel toe outfit, nor by doing what she was doing, while I pointed out that I could see her "parts and pieces". she didn't mind me looking by the way....It was gross.
I tried to explain that, "I know females who are making a difference without taking this route.", but they just wanted to defend themselves.
Saying, "We chose to do this, I'm in school!"
whatever
I love Hip Hop, I love ladies. I despise disrespect and insecurity.
Guess Im just an old school cat!
But yeah, "get the f*ck out, and......bye!"
They did end up leaving.
Thats what wrong though. I "got in trouble" for speaking up for my community.
I seriously doubt.....Shit I know for a fact that not one of those Soul niggas that performed even gave a shit about them fems!
ask me or them

oh and Ace the disease you were referring to that some women suffer from is called 'nasatall', otherwise known as 'no as at all'.
for future reference.
