Topic: Looking for "Musical Mentors" in KC hiphop Scene

Hey - who would be some good people to get advice from in the KC area about hiphop if you were trying to make moves beyond KC? For clarification's sake: I don't mean just simply "they're good at getting a lot of shows"... I don't necessarily mean "they're especially EXPERTS on the professional music industry"... I'm just thinking of a mixture between the two (if that makes any sense) I'll be leaving college soon enough and I wanted to get back into performing music. But if I do, I want to go beyond KC and expand outside of the local underground venue/bar scene (as loving and fun as it can be). I'd like to talk to some folks first though. Right now on my list I have: -Reach -Miles Bonny -Mac Lethal -Joe Good -Approach -Heet Mobb -Sike Who am I missing people (if any)? I'm askin' for hiphopKC's informed assistance on this one and I want to get my "homework" done early. Not askin' for connects here - I'll handle that myself; just need some names. Thanks in advance to those that drop some info either in this post or by way of PM. Peace
