Every first fridays in Kansas City's downtown area, art galleries open to the public, there are street vendors, street performers, resteraunts, etc open to anyone who is there. Obviously you gotta buy food and stuff. The area in Kansas City I am talking about is just northeast of where Broadway and Southwest Blvd meet. Walk around and see the art galleries. It is a very fun experiance if you know where you are going.
