WELL?
I saw it last Friday night.
Loved it... They did the movie justice.
Seeing Optimus Prime for the first time gave me goosebumps.

Yup, I saw it saturday. This is a must see on the big screen. The special effects blew my mind. "There's more to you than meets the eye." - lol

how did the action scenes in TF compare to the action scenes in the new DIE HARD?
did anyone see both?

I will say Michael bay has redeemed himself with the island and tf.. but wow pearl harbor was terrible.. his special effects are bomb especially teaming up with steven spielberg..

yeah transformers was sick. i was jumpin out of my seat the whole time.

i thought it was okay. started off strong, then got way too Michael Bay with all the slow-mo, sunset, dirty faces epic shit.
the only reason Michael Bay was a competent choice as director was because he's one of the few people that knows how to direct that much CG.
villains had no personality... starscream and megatron's competition was always one of the highlights of transformers.
also, the soldier subplot? why was it the beginning of the movie, then never heard from again? at first i thought that soldier was going to be the main character or something.
i enjoyed the comedy of the first part of it though, except for the jokes by optimus prime, he shouldn't be joking. i loved bumblebee's radio-speak.
overall, it was worth watching. i just have nerdy objections. and i hate bay/bruckheimer.

I loved it... great character development and the special effects were amazing. 🙂

the only main reason to watch a bay film is the special fx.. and transformers would be a movie that is heavily driven on that

i didnt even think about the soldier thing your right. but it still didnt ruin the movie for me.

are you talking about the guys who were attacked by blackout (the helicopter) at the beginning? because they were in the whole movie getting chased by the scorpion thing and eventually helped take out the decepticons at the end.
Also, being that megatron was a jet in the movie instead of a gun, did anyone notice in the big battle near the end when he bent down and quasi-transformed into a cannon? i just thought that was kinda tight.
make me a sequel that has soundwave in it. he looked/sounded the illest in the cartoons.

The story did leave a lot to be desired, but the film delivered where I wanted it to.
I'd much rather an "eh" plot and great special effects than a great story without the visuals.
Okay... What's next?
"GI Joe"???

It was killer! Great action scenes, excellent portrayal of the robots, was mad how they showed the old VW bumblebee, (beeeeeeotch), but all in all real dope!

Hold up, the new Die Hard's good too!?
Have you heard about the new Rambo?
HOLLYWOOD - Movie hardman Sylvester Stallone is making a fourth Rambo movie, 17 years after the last film was made.
The news comes shortly after Stallone announced plans for a sixth Rocky film in 2006.
Rambo IV will see former Vietnam veteran John J. Rambo retired into a quiet life until he gets involved in the case of a missing child.
The movie will be shot between Mexico and the United States.
Filming is scheduled to start in the spring.

oh yeah, and i couldn't believe they still managed to kill the black guy first.
i really enjoyed die hard except 1) i can't stand that hipster guy that played the comic relief, and 2) i wish the bad guys would have won.

Stallone must be broke making all these re-hashed movies.
isn't he in his 60's? he should've retired twice by now.

Transformers kicked ass, i was very impressed both times.
bumblebee with "check the rep, I'm second to none" killed me
best stunt drivers I've seen in a while, the highway scene when they pull the three car 180 all in unison takes some skill especially with a semi leading the stunt.
not sure if i'll go see die hard, i'm sure homie up the block got the dvd already maybe i'll borrow that.
