Eh, he just does exactly what he damn well pleases, at all points. It's sad, it doesn't even shock people.

Who was surprised? Ford did it for Nixon, any and all impotent exiting presidents do this kind of stuff for their golfing buddies.

Nobody likes Bush but he's like a king seriously its amazing how he can walk all over everyone and nothing is done. The newly elected congress is a joke. Checks and Balances where have you gone? I miss the constitution 😥

Here is what you do!!! [quote:a9104327fc]The calls are making an impact- have you called yet to let them know they are not above the law? Call the White House at 202-456-1414 . The toll free number to leave a voice mail for any Senator or Congress person is 866 459-6050. Let your reps know how you feel and what you expect them to do about it to earn your tax dollars. (perhaps Impeachment?) They are all in their districts this week and will be attending visible community events for the holiday. Stop by and give them your thoughts in person (be polite but firm) or call their local offices. They cannot hide in the shadows on this issue. Call them at their home offices and make sure they have a message from you waiting for them when they return to DC on that voice mail. Demand leadership and courage on this issue. Some blogs that are doing a great job with ideas on taking action on this are: firedoglake.com... americablog.com...thinkprogress.org...huffingtonpost.com Sara Keiser [/quote:a9104327fc]

I certainly don't agree with Bush's decision, but wow...if anyone has any room to say anything, it certainly IS NOT Bill Clinton. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/07/04/clinton.libby/index.html

I'd agree Sixer but at the same time its bigger than Libby. This is just one out of the thousands of laws this admin has violated and we the people just sit back and take it like a bitch. ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

Oh that's for sure, but seriously, of the 6+ billion people on earth, Clinton is on the very bottom of the list of people who could criticize a pardon for a perjury/obstruction of justice conviction.

This was not a big surprise with just over a year left in office and no approval rating he has nothing to lose... What's next?
