Topic: Question for possible Hip-Hop Homecoming

should the suggested dress code involve dressing up nice and semi-formal, like an actual homecoming dance, or bringing that old school flava (because you need a reason to get those knee socks out of the box in your mom's attic)...?
this will probably be septemberish, or whenever normal homecoming is.
