The Sized Up Clique/ Dastardly Villians/ GelTab/Skarecro/ Jason And The Punknecks/ and Dread Not Sounds will be hitting the stage from 2pm-7pm at South Moreland Park in Kansas City, Missouri. There will also be guest speakers. We will also be meeting at the JC Nichols water fountain in the plaza and performing a demonstration from Noon to 1pm. We are trying to spread the word, regarding the rehabilition of marijuana laws. This is a free show and nobody will be charged for anything, but donations will be welcomed. This is not an all hip-hop show, but several different genres of music have came to help us in a effort to raise people's awarness for this special event. South Moreland Park is located 4598 Oak Street in Kansas City, Missouri. Sized Up will be hitting the stage at 5pm. for more information check out myspace.com/phazahlazah, or myspace.com/mohemp. Let me remind you that throughout our nations history, the people have had to speak up to change government policies, ever heard of the civil rights movement. I hope you are right and someday marijuana will be legalized, but the government isnt going to be like "poof" it's legal. It is not going to be some David Copperfield shit. p.s. i'd go to a demonstration to ban cigarettes and alcohol before i'd waste time at a marijuana rally. i'd rally to legalize murder, vandalism, and robbery before i did that. i had hippies eating plants out of my yard yesterday. and yeah, i do think that if marijuana is legalized, it's not going to be from grassroots campaigning. in fact, that just makes you look worse. what's going to happen is some congressperson is going to draft a bill, for no reason besides she/he feels like it, and it may or may not pass. it will never, ever be a big deal, except that as soon as it's legalized, you're going to be mad at yourselves because the cigarette companies are going to dominate all aspects of it.

I've been involved with other benefits in the past. We tried to send money to Dafur, and nobody got this hyped up about it. Find a worth while cause huh, well its got you people talking, nobody gave a damn when we trying to feed poor people, so now you want to hate the cause we are promoting now, becaue you say it isnt "REAL", my friends you need to get real. You can feel however you want on this issue for all I care, but it isnt going to change the way I feel about it one bit. You guys are right, we need to have more benefits, for various different causes, if you dont support this fine, but do something about it, quit complaining about our cause, find your own, and do you part.

how are you gonna say kucinich steals votes from real candidates when all the real candidates, such as kucinich, haven't had enough votes. this is especially important in the primaries. everyone knows obama and clinton are going to get the most votes... they're also worthless moderates who couldn't change silly putty. i'd vote for ron paul over obama or clinton.
i used to go to protests. the people's rally was good, but after that it was just a bunch of hippies and hipsters who will never actually take a stand.... marching on the sidewalks so as not to obstruct traffic.... my advice: buy a gun and wait.
