Hip Hop 101
Are you HIP HOP curious? Well this session is
for U! Consider this course an opportunity to ask
questions, see, hear, gain knowledge and experience
local Hiphop firsthand. With the help of local
hiphop culture, we will take in an evening at a local
hiphop nite and meet area artists and hiphop heads.
Come join in the experience if you are open to it.

I am hoping this session will give the hiphop community a chance to speak for itself. not that it needs to do this, I think it will be fun to share your experiences and knowledge with folks who don't know, only have the media's version of hiphop, or are hiphop curious and trying to connect with the community.
based on how it goes and whether those who attend enjoy the experience, I would like to make it an ongoing (once a semester) event .
again I hope you are thinking this is a fun thing and an opportunity spread the positivity of our community with others in a different setting

I know by now that not hearing from anyone mean nothing in particular but hey, I really hope there are some artists there saturday cuz I dont' spin, break, do graff let alone make beats, design clothes or nothing
what I do is bring people who have a common interest together
so I hope some artists are interested in sharing their talents with folks who are interested in discovering them.
Yall coming? please let me know
so far there are 8 folks and there are always last minute arrivals
next step is hysterical BEGGING that will not be pretty but it will be memorable 😯

hope to have a copy of 5 sides of a coin which I think gives a nice overview of the elements and hiphop's worldwide status.
thanks for the help, I sometimes get a little nervous before these types of things. I've been presenting a class on seated massage for close to 20 years for Communiversity and I still fuss over it a bit 🙄 sigh
