Well, its not a podcast so to speak, but I think you can listen to a lot of KC artists at Lawrence.com on the music player there. I have some production on there.

It is similar to what we used to do, we used to do Cropcircle Radio, and we would (with the artists permission of course) play local tracks, and have lil parts where we would talk and do interviews and what not like a real radio show, Im down to help if I can man.

Word. I've found that the hiphop scene here is similar to KC's, small (about 4-5 crews really grindin) with open arms. I was wanting a one stop hear all so they could get the ideas of cows and chickens in our back yards out of thier heads.
The city is bigger than KC but on the same level of mid-size city on the rise. Lots of developement and hard hustlin to be the one on top when it blows. It is nice to go downtown and see the culture and independent business though. That's the only part of KC I don't miss, the obvious neglect of a perfectly good city, but at least the ones in charge are now blazing a path in the right direction. I hope the arena and entertainment district are nice and broke in when I come back to live.
