You'd be amazed at who you can snag in a 14-team league at the 13th spot.
The draft order flip flops in the second round anyway so you'll have two picks almost back-to-back.

i did the random order option to make it fair, but dont forget that if your 13th in the first round your 2nd in the second. almost back to back picks every other round. that's a hell of an advantage if you play it right.
