Got a bit of a frustrating situation going on here. My ASRX is not reading it's SCSI Jaz drive. It's never had a problem with this in the past, both power up fine, and the cable has been checked. I've tried about all that I can think of. If you have any ideas please let me know.

Is it not reading or not recognizing the drive?

sometimes my zip drive goes out. Could it be a bad drive? I've gone through about 5.

I've always had a problem with Jaz drives...try using a zip 100 and you should be straight...also if anyone has an extra SCSI zip 100 with cord, holler at me creeping in the shadows

It's not recognizing the drive being there which it always has before. It's possible the drive went out (still powers up, really have nothing to test it with other than the sampler).

Yeah, it's probably just bit the dust... Did you ever unplug it from the ensoniq while they were both on?

Sprayed it with canned air and had no luck. It's looking like either the drive, cable, or the actual scsi port.

He has two. I believe one is a 100 and the other is a 250.
