**Description:** The sixth annual West 18th Street Fashion Show is a hip
and exciting tradition in the Crossroads Arts District. As a free,
outdoor, family-friendly, community centered event, it showcases both
new and established fashion design talent helping to add flair to the
renaissance of downtown Kansas City. Last year's show, Indigo Summer,
featured seventeen local designers and forty local models. And with live
music presented and directed by Mr. Dovebelly; narration by Corrie Van
Ausdal; and mouth-watering surprises all along the way, this year's
show, "Chocolate Summer," promises to deliver even more.
