so this bar has opened it's doors wide for hiphop and all i have to say is make sure to tell you're friends that tag, paint, and write not to hit the walls... that would make this bar a little more friendly to future events... thanks

i can understand that, from the bar's perspective.
but on the other hand, i don't know if you can be "opening your doors wide to hip-hop" while making that request.
however, go there and see leftover crack july 3rd.

I'm with you on this one Toon! Keep the tags outside! I like The Record Bar and it should stay nice especially since the owners have been gracious enough to let hip hop shows happen there.
Up with TRB!

can't respect record bar then its gonna get to be pretty slim pickins for hiphop performance spots worth being at. hope all can see the bigger picture here, and not fu*k it up before it gets started. us and record bar are at the beginning of a beautiful romance hope it lasts.
