Yes.
All you need is a good photographer and a good artistic awareness (example: Wear a bright white shirt and pants, then take a picture in front of a bright white wall. Try different flash settings. Try no flash at dusk. You could use any number of methods.
or try becoming a hot free spirited african girl.
