has anybody else heard all the talk about the messages Dilla used on this album? It started with him using donuts as a metaphor for the circle of life. I then heard that he had messages in the samples of the album. I have most of the songs that he sampled and I have to say that's pretty crazy. All the songs about death...and the one that really gets me is the song he used for The Diff'rence (Fruitman)...<---when I heard that one, I think that this whole thing might be true.
I mean, I thought it was a little off for Dilla to leave some samples looped up and basically unaltered on an instrumental cd. Maybe he wanted for the samples to be recognized or something, i don't know...just kind of wierd...
I'll up the samples tomorrow if anybody hasn't heard the original songs.

That's kind of odd. I've actually been blessed enough to meet a two people that have gotten sick and when everything came together and everything that meant the most to them in their life came together was the day they died.
Both deaths were fairly recent, and oddly both fairly easy to accept.
Death is mysterious. One big thing I learned out of those experience is to be greatfull for what I have today and to be greatfull that our lives crossed paths.
