any other nerds in here? i built a computer probably 6 months ago, and it's still sort of a work in progress (and probably always will be). right now i'm working on making it quieter... i just got a fan controller, and i need to start switching out some of my fans for better/quieter ones... i just got new ram too. any overclockers here? i've dabbled in it, but keep my stuff stock in the hopes that it'll last longer... but i also plan to get a dual-core processor some day, so maybe i should just push it til it breaks. that way i'll have an excuse.

Yeah, I think computers are really neat. In fact, I feel that they will play a big part in the future. I believe that one day people will use computers in their everyday lives. They will communicate via computers, play games, even listen to music. They might even play a big part in how people do business. One day we'll all know what computers are, and what they look like. They'll be as common as toaster ovens. Call me a nerd if you want, but I predict computers are going to be the "next big thing".

Yeah i'm a huge nerd about these sorts of things. I built my computer years ago and it's still a work in progress. The speed is now outdated but my shit still functions and looks buttery. Hooray for overclocking and general nerdery.
