Another classic RSE show! Los Nativos was the highlight of the evening for me. I hear they're huge on the East Coast. Mac really got the crowd pumped. It's so cool to hear him do love song. Joe Good had EVERYBODY talking! "Man, that guy can SPIT!" Brother Ali did a dope set as always, he even changed the set up a bit from seeing him last November. He played: "You ain't gotta love me" one of my favs. Atmosphere rocked it, of course. Slug mixed in some real oldies with some stuff off the new album, and a few Atmo classics like "Fuck you Lucy". Atmo started off with Slug, Bro Ali and Ant. Then phased into the live band. "Shrapnel" is one of my fav Atmo songs. There are several versions of it. On SCBD3 there's a live version with the band members of Heiruspecs. I always loved this track, but of course I thought I'd never hear it live. But with his live band, they play it and it is SO dope! Rock the Vote was in the house, and we registered 5 people to vote.
