Topic: Ces Cru - The Playground

    I've been kinda disconnected for a minute so excuse me if this is common knowledge but.. where can I pick the new album up at? Zebedee's? 7th Heaven? Also... Ces Cru, Lenny D, and Miles Bonny all come out with new albums over the past couple months and there isn't a single thread for any of them... this board is strange at times.

    pretty much if you drop an album/mixtape and you don't make a thread for it yourself there's not a high chance it'll get mentioned on this site.

    I think this board is cursed, or something. It's got some consistently bad vibes floating around on it. The Playground is a dope disc. Especially the artwork. 😆 😆 😆 Good through and through...

    I'm on a sick track with Ubi, Dean and Vert. There's like 19 or 20 songs? And the art is fresh.

    i think as a hole the album is dope. i am in the process of getting the official cds printed out. ill get good spots at 7th heaven for them to. lucid your artwork and verse on that track was dope all together!!! lenny killed it on the tracks!!! and ubi and godi and every feature all verses were ill! i cant wait to get the official copies so we can show the rest of the artwork!! mad props to all involved! i will do everything in my power to spread that shit like some fire chunks!

    Yoo, VSB! Hollar at me before the next round of cds is printed. The graphics came out a lil dark, would like to adjust the balance a bit.

    After listening to this for the first two weeks after I got my hands on it, I was only feeling three tracks - 2, 18 and 19. But now after a lot more listening, I've decided that I really like Hate Season, Lucid's verse on track 14 (or maybe 13), PYT, and the one with Kutty also. Really tight album. I'm trying to get Mr. Torpey to do a review over it for the blog but he's apparently having to listen to it for just as long as I am. But I can't lie, I'm still looking forward to hearing more Ces + Eggnog in the future.
