   I gotta check this. I haven't been to focused on it though because all I've heard were bad things. :/

   I love Jay to death, but........the joints "Off That", "Reminder", and "Venus vs Mars" have me a little scared. First of all, I don't think Timbaland production suits Jay.....save for a few joints, it never really has. First he abandoned Primo, now a Jay joint with no Just blaze??? WTF!!! DOA gave me high hopes for the album, Run This Town was cool now......I dunno. I'll still buy it cuz I support my artists, but still....I'm scurrrrrrred!!!

   i haven't listened to any of the latest leaks, don't wanna spoil it for myself. Plus honestly there's alot more new music out that interests me. like Brother Ali's album due out next month. im way more excited about that.

   Reminder is pretty terrible.

   Yeah, this has pretty much been horrible, BUT...if you remember when the blueprint 2 came out there were a crap load of leaks that weren't at ALL on the album and they were horrible. I'm hoping this is what he did. He was on bill mauher friday and he was talking about how Kanye produced the majority of the album so all of these random production credits make me think he's duping us again. CROSSING FINGERS

My dude felt the same way, but after buying the album he called it a classic on more than one occasion. I can't see how that's possible given the mediocre leaks I've heard. The remainder of the album would have to be flawless for him to score that kind of album rating. Guess we'll see...

   So I've had some time to sit with this album, it's not as bad as what I had heard without listening to any of the leaked tracks besides Reminder. I think Alicia Keys killed it on "Empire State of Mind", probably my favorite feature on the joint. "Thank You" is also in my top favorites and "Hater" is just..friggin' funny- "We ballin', BITCHES, eatin' yo food leavin' DISHES." haha...foolish. I wouldn't call it best, but it's grown on me.
