I'm going with Busta Rhymes (more for the funny noises than adlib per se).
Redman is a close second.

Just that "You've been warned!" line and "You don't want It" was a sample I used in one of the first beats I sold.

Hahahahaha. Did he say that on a song? I only had the first CNN lp and the first NORE lp. I don't remember that adlib, but that's hilarious.
As much of a non-fan as I am, I really think Jim Jones has funny ones.
His adlibs are like 3 sentences long.
His rhyme will be "Running from the cops, cuz I'm stunning on the block"
But his adlib to that rhyme will be "See the cops come fuck with me because I'm such a positive influence on all my lil blood homies. You know? It's unreal man."

Redman's adlibs are fucking hysterical. His songs are like cartoons.
I also agree with Ace on Rock from Heltah Skeltah.
Mos Def doesn't do lots of adlibs, but when he does they're nice.

I think it's the Green Island track off Dare Iz a Darkside, dude adlibs the guitar sound on the track. That shit is BANANAS! Yup, bumpin that now, bout the middle of the 1st verse. Redman's my dude!
