    i think more black people should admit they're voting for obama (partially) because he's black. it's an understandable position. we all want to win one some time. and this is probably the best time to do so. i mean, he's not sharpton. also. i think zbigniew brzezinski has violated some scrabble rules.

    OMG really can any of you hear the difference in the candidates. why are any of you allowing the media to shape your discussions from week to week? if you can, please listen to what colin powell said on meet the press. time to lead not follow. wow so are white people voting for obama cuz their white people or because they think he's the way to go? finally, in my opinion, obama is an international citizen simply for being raised outside of all the systemic racism, overt discriminatory behavior sanctioned in the states. please don't make this about race don't let the media shape your discussions, thought processes, or opinions with simple soundbites, we need to be better than this to survive and rally through all the challenges we face as a nation OMG

    If it weren't for that strong Black woman by his side, I would not vote for him. I believe that Michelle is going to keep Barack from making bad decisions ( fingers crossed). I just hope he stays true. I hope that most of the answers hes giving are "political" Obama is setting the new standards too high. They know they can never be as moving, polarizing, cool, calm, and soooooooo collected. As a proud Black man, who admittedly said, "I would vote for McCain" (a quote from 2003), then in 2006, I was for Killary, until I met Obama, and heard him speak. Now, I can honestly say that I ain't voting for him for that reason. I know I have joked about it before. But there is more to it than that. What people seem to have a hard time understanding is that his campaign transcends race. With the Obama camp, Its not about your outside, it truly is about your inside. Voting Black? If that was my case, I would be voting Hip Hop, I would be voting Cynthia McKinney. That's the [u:d62e2b9237]REAL[/u:d62e2b9237] Black vote. Thats the REAL candidate for peace, change, the little peoples voice. I never thought I would see the whole-sell-out of a whole Hip Hop community, I say that because, my niggas ain't got a clue about Homegirl. I know Barack is just another puppet. But he is the puppet closest to learning his lesson. i.e. Pinocchio, he still has a chance to become a real (boy) President My Aunt is a former member of the Black Panthers in Cali. she and all of her friends are voting McKinney.
