really it's a private party room for all intents and purposes.
it's not technically open to the public so, don't ask don't tell is our current policy. Once we apply for (and hopefully receive) private club status, not only will the smoking become an absolute non-issue, but so will early closing times. Theoretically, at that point we could stay up there until 6 in the morn.
