    Greetings, FYI we contacted a lot of artists in regards to submitting a track or two for consideration for our HIP HOP ACADEMY Mix that we are creating in collaboration with one of our Dj instructors DJ YADY (also of SOUL SERVERS K.C.MO). The Deadline to turn in your track was July 7th. We are extending it ONCE to Monday JULY 14th. We've received several tracks so far but are hoping to get a few more before we begin compiling this project! GUIDELINES: Please send us a fresh track that is playable to a youth audience. i.e. None of the 7 deadlies ( 7+ non radio airable cuss words).. You can select a preexisting track off a newer album / release of yours or an older and relevant track you want to reintroduce either is cool with us! Feel free to send up to 3 tracks for consideration! We are trying to introduce many of the kids we teach ages 4- 18 to our friends and families in HIP HOP and show them a wide open world of talent, possibilities, inspiration and awareness! If you have something to say or even want to just submit a shoutout send it our way. Please send it MP3 format and email it to us at ; [email protected] Jeremy will gather all the tracks and get them to Yady so we can begin this project! Our concept is that this will be a benefit cd primarily to generate much needed funds for our Educational Programs here in KC, to buy some much needed equipment and to continue our work as well as to be able to bring more teachers on board as paid Instructors, visiting artists, etc. This cd will be sold "Hand to Hand" at KC area shows and at shows that feature some of our instructors, as well as on our website www.hiphopacademy.org. We will set up SNO CAP or another method of selling the album as digital files. We will contact everyone asap about the usage of your track. We also want to big you all up with a group / artist photo, web adress and a senetence or two artist statement about your music / current project etc.. Holler back at us asap!
