Inviting the Hip Hop community to come out and represent for the Northeast Kids!
Thursday April 24th 5:30 - 8:00pm
This Event is at NORTHEAST LIBRARY 6000 Wilson Rd.
( just head east on Independence Ave. past Vanbrunt, past Hardesty, turn North on Wilson, it's next to the strip mall / Pizza Hut, Dollar Store etc..)
We will have LIVE ART from Brother Of Moses , Scribe and others tba.
DJ Yady on the 1's and 2's! Les Izmore on the mic...others tba!
Calling all B-Boys & B-Girls to come out and do your thing!
Yep! We just wrapped up 4 weeks of Hip Hop Workshops for kids of all ages. They had a blast and so did we!
They had a chance to experiment with and learn some basics of Dj'ing / Turntablism, Hip Hop Dance, Emceeing and Visual Arts / Murals...
Big Thanks to the Instructors DJ Yady, Ms. Cat Johnson, Les Izmore, Bro Mo & Lo Fi.
