What recording programs are compatible with Vista? Are there any patches available to make my old programs compatible?

They all should be, but.........I've had some issues with Sound Forge 7 and have heard about problems with Acid Pro. The issue is related to DX plugins. I think Microsoft moved on from DX and VST has pretty much taken over on the audio side anyway. The program still works, but I get a stupid Windows error pop-up every time I go to use one of the native Sound Forge plugs which are DX. Programs I have going stable are Tracktion version 3 now, but had version 1 working with no problems before upgrading. Fruity Loops 7 and now version 8 and Traktor DJ Studio 3 Software is not so much the issue as is hardware. The Vista drivers have been released for my Emu interface, but I'd bet there are still companies that haven't released Vista drivers yet. Also USB 2.0 devices seem to work perfectly fine, but some of the older USB 1.1 devices won't work
