hahaha. Thanks for the warm welcome fellow KC Hip Hop Heads! We're looking forward to helping support and promote HipHopKC and all of the local talent here in Kansas City. We feel that the scene here in KC is unique in its quality and variety, and are excited to see it continue to blossom!
For those who don't know. WESTEND RECORDING STUDIOS has been in operation and recording out of the same facility/location for the past 20 years. Located off of 45th Ave. and State line (just west of the plaza and westport in KCK), we offer Industry Standard Quality Recording, Mixing, and Mastering, with session rates as low as $50/hr.
WE SPECIALIZE IN HIP HOP!!!!! We have engineers who listen to it, and live it. These guys are experienced and easy to get along with! They know how a hip hop record is supposed to sound! Basically, WESTEND has the professional tools and knowledge that can literally take your project to the next level.
WESTEND also offers hip hop beats for sale, Custom vinyl scratching and turntablism on tracks, REAL mixtape production (you know the mixtapes where the songs actually mix together), as well as CD & DVD replication.
