    It's funny I was looking at the link which listed this guy as the "best blogger in KC" Then I scroll down a little to see the best 3 a.m. bar is Side Kick Saloons (which is a gay bar). I see some irony in this.

    These days I try to keep my opinions on the whole "whos culture is it, etc, etc" thing to myself, so I will just let Afrika Bambaataa speak for me.... "Hip Hop means the whole culture of the movement.. when you talk about rap..Rap is part of the hip hop culture..The emceeing..The djaying is part of the hip hop culture.     None of my aforementioned or future quotes and or facts are an attempt to say that HIP HOP isnt deeply rooted in the African culture, they are merely an attempt to draw attention to the fact that the culture as a whole was widely influenced and participated/contributed to,from its inception, by many races, personally I dont even consider "white" to be a race I am Irish, Scotch, Welch and German, those are races, my skin suit is white, ( really pinkish actually, but I digress) On with the knowledge....

    Ha One of the dudes in the blog comments said something about Mac not making it and no one ever hearing of him outside of our area. This made me laugh because when I was touring this summer all around America someone from almost every city knew about Mac Lethal. I just felt cool cause I could tell stories about him. shit more people brought up Mac than Tech 9.
