i'm skeptical of things like this... that try to put hip-hop with commercial things.
but i also know a lot of people that would probably be interested in going to this.
anyone know if any actual b-boys or b-girls are entering this competition?

I know one of the major promotes of the event and this is not some commertial lets make this mainstream event. The guy who is doing this is a tried and true kc hip hop legend who has been through hell representing this city.

If you are attending the Best Of The Best event this year, and you are either without transportation, or not renting a car for the weekend, sign up for the weekend transport shuttle.
This is what the Japanese, France, Korea, J-Rock, J Smooth, Nikoli, Kid Boogei, Boogaloo Pimp, poppers, lockers, breakers, house exc... requested for the last event, and we are continuing this year:
We will have two (2), 12 passenger shuttles that run by the hour.
Here are the rules to getting on the transport shuttle.
1. Cost $80 to cover your weekend.
2. Must sign up by May 15,2007 at www.thebotb.com and go to my contact email.
3. Need first and last name
4. Coming from what city or country.
5. Flight arrival and departure time.
6. Must be able to arrive on Thursday, May 17,2007 and depart on May 21,2007.
7. Do not purchase your own location hotel as we have a hotel sponsoring BOTB for $30 a room each day for the transportation group.
What the shuttle bus does for the people.
1. Pick you up from the airport.
2. Take you to the hotel.
3. Venue event.
4. Clubs, out to eat in nice area and malls
5. Back to hotel each night.
6. Back to the airport on that following Monday, May 21,2007
Each shuttle bus will rotate by the hour and there will be a weekend schedule sheet handed out to each rider showing the times of everything happening so that each passinger has the choice of going.

Boogaloo Sam (Creator)(Popping,Boog Style,Boogaloo)-1pm to 2pm
Slayer from movie (Rize) (Krumping)-2pm to 3pm
Saturday,May 19,2007 Master Classes Continue:
Caleaf (House Dancing)-10am to 11am
Bobby aka Mileage (Hip Hop Freestyle)-11am to 12pm
Open to all ages and spectators!
Day One Event Schedule May 18,07
*Doors open at 4pm and ends at 10pm
*4:15pm Introduction of competition. A spoken word from Jigsaw.
*Showcase from each celeb judge when time to judge there asigned catagories.
*Competition Showcase will begin at 4:20pm going in this order. Breaking 1 on 1 to get there 4 on 4 crew in the battle, Popping 1 on 1, Locking 1 on 1
*Break Time! (7min)
*Continue with Hip Hop, Krumping and House Showcase.
*The first day is only for competitors to get in the competition, free dance circles and meeting others from around the globe. (Spectators family, friends are Welcome!)
*There will be a free circle room for dancers to get down in until there time to compete also.
Open to all ages and spectators!
Day Two Event Schedule May19,2007
*Doors open at 12noon and Ends at 8pm
*Free circles go until 1:45pm
*Competition starts at 1:55pm
* All catagories will go in the same order as the first day.
*Announcements from MC about show performences performed by the Rhythm Kingz with Boogaloo Sam and the finals on the last day. End!
Day Three Event Schedule May20,2007
No Classes!
Open to all ages and spectators!
*Drs open at 12noon to 8pm.
*Free dance circles go until 2pm
*Competition starts at 2:15pm sharp
*A word from each judge about who they are, where there from, what they do and have done.
*The finals will begin after the spoken quick word from our judges.
*By 7pm we should be down to our last competitors in each catagory, bringing it to an end.
Winners will be announced with there prizes.
After Party Jam will be announced in between breaks. End Of Event!
