I didn't see a section for introductions, but recreational activities may have inhibited my vision while browsing the page.
People call me Chronic and I run a web radio station here in KC called [url=http://popfreeradio.com]popfreeradio.com[/url].
My vision is for the station is to encompass everything that's NON-popculture.
I've found a ton of suburban white kids to help me find new alternative rock and indie stuff, but we're lacking in the underground hip-hop. I'm not looking for anything that 103.3 would consider playing, but underground stuff, unique stuff that can't really find an audience on a mainstream FM station....
So I was hoping that since this is a community of artists and hip-hop fans you could help a cartoon-cracka out and maybe help me find some tracks to spin. I'm probably a full-year behind now on the hip-hop, but we're looking for artists like: Fatlip, Sage Francis, Danger Doom, Jurassic 5, etc.
If you have thoughts or recommendations, it'd be greatly appreciated.
