Luncheon welcomes all producers and educates attendees on the conference overview. Free drinks
and beverages will be served.
Art of Production Workshop
This workshop brings issues and concepts surrounding the art of production in an open forum.
On this panel producers discuss their musical inspirations, influences, motivations, and
struggles with creating and selling beats. This all-star panel will feature Sha Money XL, Swizz
Beats, Hi-Tek, DJ Premiere, 9th Wonder, The Alchemist, Fred Wreck, Havoc, Dangerous LLC, and DJ
Toomp. Q & A will be moderated between panelists and the audience
Finding the Next Big Producers: A&R
How do A&R's find and select that winning beat? How should a producer get noticed? What are
the steps needed to take in order to become the next hot producer? This workshop explores that
with Grouchy Greg from Allhiphop.com, D Prosper (G-Unit Records), Lenny S.( Def Jam Records),
K.P. (Sony), Marcus H.(Interscope ), Riggs (Shady Records), and Dave Lighty (Jive Records).
One Stop Shop Beat Battle Premlinery
The 8 hottest producers selected from Money Management, G-Unit Records, and iStandard
Producers, will go head to head in the One Stop Shop Premlinery Round beat battle. Producers will play
their hottest tracks and will be critiqued by a panel of celebrity judges. The two winners
will advance to the final round of the One Stop Shop Battle. Winner will walk away with the One
Stop Shop crown and representation from Money Management Group. Want to enter competition?

Studio Equipment & the Art of Sound Workshop
This panel teaches the basics of creating the right sound for beats and offers insight on the
best equipment to use. It also explores the in's and out's of mixing and recording. This panel
features Pat Viala from G-Unit Records.
Learning Music Publishing Basics
Here producers learn how to go about publishing and owning the rights to their music. This
workshops educates producer's on the business aspect of the music industry to avoid financial
mishaps. Panelists include Mannie Edwards (Universal), Juan Madrid (Sony ATV), Brit Morgan
(Saks/Famous Publishing), Scott Rubin (Reach Global) and Folayan Knight (Hitco).
Finding Artist Management and Representation
This workshop is dedicated to informing producers on the essentials it takes to finding proper
management. Panelists include Sha Money XL ( MMG/G-Unit Records), Tony Perez (Relentless
Management ), Chris Lighty (Violater Management) and Amanda "Precise" (EMI Music Group)
McIntyre-Chavis.
Cocktail Networking
Producers mingle with other producers, music executives, and urban businesses for a night of
networking and making business contacts.
Dinner
Producers enjoy Free dinner provided by Money Management and can continue building
relationships with other conference attendees and music industry professionals from the hottest recording
labels.
One Stop Shop Final Beat Battle
This beat battle takes place the last day of the conference and showcases the winners from the
premlinery round. The two finalists will compete for artist representation from Money
Management. Finalists will be judged by G-Unit Records staff including Sha Money XL, D Prosper, Lloyd
Banks, Tony Yayo, Young Hot Rod, and Young Buck.
Night Entertainment
Producer's will enjoy a night on the town FREE of charge complimentary by Money Management.
Activities include the exclusive invitation to Sha Money XL's birthday party and a night of
dance entertainment.
