Grafarc.org features a pictorial history of several graf-covered walls around the San Francisco, California area. The site, dedicated to "graffiti archaeology," allows users to peel away layers of photos to reveal a timeline of graf artwork on the same walls. The IADAS organization was established in 1998 to recognize and educate people in the world of digital arts and sciences. It is also known for its annual Webby awards, the online equivalent to the Oscars. At Grafarc.org, you can choose a specific wall or tunnel from a number of locations (Belmont, Bluxome, etc), and see it evolve over time - from the days when the walls were untouched to their current "bombed out" facade. Cassidy Curtis, the creator of the site, is an animator from San Francisco. He has worked on the Shrek movies and Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas.
