Wile going through my e-mail for songs to use for mixes this week. I think i heard the wors song in history. its even horrible that laffy taffy, crank that soulja boy, peanut butter and jelly and lean wit it all combined. Its called spiderman that hoe, i will post a link later but it will soon become the "next big thing" out of the ATL. Its funny but to think, its the next big hit is becuase it was the most downloaded on myspace and you tube hits and in todays music industry that equal's a deal on a major. Its the sad truth but its how the music industry is going. When will the crash happen like disco and quality music come out again. From disco came brothers in the struggle from the chi who evolved into house and cats on futuristic visions from the ghettos of detroit to create techno.(sorry been reading this book called loved saved the day about disco) |

I beg to differ, good music is timeless.....a lot will be lost or forgotten, but some will be remembered forever. |

Hmmm thats true...but Im just talking about the genre itself. I mean the same sort of thing that happened to like Disco music....theres certain memorable songs from the Genre like "Funkytown" and others....but the genre itself...is pretty much dead. No one is making pure disco anymore.
From the trend thats going on now...i don't see Hip hop lasting that much longer. |

Ludacris and Outcast = Best things to come from the south if you ask me....
BUT THE TOPIC OF HOW WACK AND/OR HOW GOOD SOUTHER RAPPERS ARE (on this website) HAS BEEN STATED A MILLION TIMES!!!!!! WE GET IT DAMMIT!!!!! MOST SOUTHERN RAPPERS AREN'T LYRICALLY FOCUSED!!!!
END OF DISCUSSION....PERIOD!!!!!
The topic of southern rappers on this forum OFFICIALLY gets the duck face....

No south means no Outkast.....Outkast is one of those groups that can get people to say things like.....I don't normally listen to rap, but I kind of like Outkast. They are the type of group that helps hip hop get respect rather than lose it. |
